users_Login.php won't go to correct page

re: sent requested files, have a Q

hello.
I noticed that if you go to the ruffteam/users_LogIn.php page and successfully login you can get to the secure indexS.php page.

however, if you try to go directly to the indexS.php page, and log in successfully, the security on the page does not accept the user but invariably redirects them to the users_Profile page.

In other words, instead of getting
users_LogIn.php
you get
users_LogIn.php?accesscheck=%2Fruffteam%2Fusers_Profile.php

could this code (below) be the problem? I don't know how to fix it.

=========================

<?php require_once( "../WA_SecurityAssist/Helper_PHP.php" ); ?>
<?php
if (!WA_Auth_RulePasses("Email Confirmed")){
WA_Auth_RestrictAccess("users_Profile.php");
}
?>

thanks for your time
david
