PowerCMS Builder hosting error installed.jpg

Hi,

Have read a couple of threads on here about this, but still dont have a solution.

In short. I have a website that I want to give the client control of the content on the public site pages using PowerCMS Builder and a backend system.

Now I've wasted two weeks on this and the client is obviously not happy, so wondered if tech support, or anyone out there has an answer to the problem of:

Hosting with Easyspace, and their anti-virus software on their servers keep deleting my website because it thinks that 'installed.jpg' created automatically with PowerCMS is a virus or dangerous.

Now, if I can't get this to work, what use is the software I've just bought.

Easy answer to change hosting, but client does not want to do this.

So I have to find solution - or at least ask if anyone can help me on this please?

Also, the pages which have the database linked content sometimes do not show - is this because the pages are being called from the database and possibly easyspace is not up to the task of this software? Or, is it the other way round.

All in all, not having a good experience with this Webassist CMS!!

Many thanks
Mark
