Hi Jason, im not sure if I can do a real test (since im in the UK and on paypal I would need to put my uk address that matches my credit card...I did do a test where on the website I used an american address (for both billing/delivery) (i used webassist address details as a test) i then got directed to paypal (it had already entered the card details address as the one i entered on the website so i had to change that to a uk address to match my credit card...i then clicked on continue and it redirected me back to the website confirm page (however i had to manually type in the url for the failure page (since my first test was a success so now my second test i wanted to see what session variables are shown on the failure page)...so here they are:
array(57) {
["waue_failure_1_Total"]=>
int(0)
["waue_failure_1_Index"]=>
int(0)
["waue_failure_1_Remaining"]=>
int(0)
["waue_failure_1_Log"]=>
string(57) "Sending To: sales@dinkyfingerprint.co.uk... Success
"
["waue_failure_1_From"]=>
string(60) "The Dinky Fingerprint Website "
["waue_failure_1_To"]=>
string(28) "sales@dinkyfingerprint.co.uk"
["waue_failure_1_Subject"]=>
string(26) "Order Failure Notification"
["waue_failure_1_Body"]=>
string(2988) "

obviously my first test using an american address was a success so not sure if this was because i had to enter my uk address for my credit card details on paypal website...in other words...is the failure coming from a trigger from the paypal website? and perhaps this trigger failure doesnt exist since i had to enter my uk address fro credit card details (even though i had still entered an american address on the main website for both billing and delivery) perhaps that part of the process doesnt matter on the paypal website...so im thinking its the paypal side of things thats screwing up but i cannot test that as im not physically in american and so dont own an american type credit card to test properly :(
any suggestions or thoughts? is there something that needs to be changed in my clients paypal account for international orders? on the past files i provided is there anything in the paypal express code snippet that could prevent amercian orders (even though australian orders work)...its odd.
Chris
