HELP!What have set up wrong to get this error!<

Hi,

Running DW CS5.5 and loaded a site - set up local site as

C:\inetpub\wwwroot\EFTC\htdocs

and testing server as

htdocs/

I have two major problems.

Firstly, i have just tried to run universalmail and select some dynamic bindings - i get this DW message about Set Up instructions, telling me i have to create a site for this file, choose a document type, name a testing server and add a recordset - all of which i have done. i have numerous recordsets running on this page. any ideas why i am getting this type of error (see screengrab)

Secondly i cant get any page to show in live view - i get

HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error
The requested page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data for the page is invalid.

d Error Information
Module IIS Web Core
Notification BeginRequest
Handler Not yet determined
Error Code 0x80070005
Config Error Cannot read configuration file due to insufficient permissions
Config File \\?\C:\inetpub\wwwroot\EFTC\web.confi

i simply cannot see what file/folder requires more permissions - i seems to have given everything i can find full read/write permissions - anybody have idea where i might try...!?
