Display issues with 'fixed' version 1.22

I have installed 1.22 from the latest installation files and followed the instructions for addressing the browser compatibility fix but for some reason the slideshows are not displaying properly for all galleries when you first load them - I have attached a screen capture of what one looks like.
If you need access to the files please let me know and I'll be happy to send you the FTP.

The only way to get a 'buggy' gallery to display properly is to refresh the page but I cannot ask my clients to keep doing that every time they go to their site...

I have not made the galleries public so please let me know what you need from me to look into it.

Once fixed - will I be able to update older versions by replacing them with all the files from 1.22?

Thanks
