Security Assist Email Encrypted Password

Hi,

I just bought Security Assist 2 and trying to test the Email Encrypted Password functionality but it is coming up with some errors.

I have a page with a text field to be used to collect the email that the reset password link will be sent to and the server behaviour is triggered from this page by clicking the submit email button.

I have an error page if the email is not in the database and a success page if the email is in the database. Once a user has entered the email address and click the button, the error page is shown even though the email address is valid and is in the database.

I haven't found any tutorial as to how to use the server behaviour. The tutorial available is scanty and not into depth.

Can someone help me out with this?

PS: I don't want to use WA generated pages. I want to use the Email encrypted password as a stand alone utility.
