Starting from scratch

I have completely screwed up because I ( like a guy) tried to do this without following any directions at all. I have been using PowerCMS for years. I just got the Design Extender and was not aware of the differences. I deleted the admin_cms folder because I was getting errors and wasn't aware that this was the cms folder and not the previous /cms folder. Now the folder will not create again even if I start a new page for the CMS.

What can i do to kick the CMS back into it's initial mode so that it recreates the admin_cms folder?
