2 Paypal question

Hey there. ok here goes 2 questions (paypal express related)

1. I did noticed that on the confirm page that when clicking on confirm order it does take a while for it to process (im worried that customers may click away thinking that its done). So like the little jquery animation thats displayed with uploading files - can that code be used to display while the paypal bit is processing?

2. im also worried that customers dont realise that they need to click on the confirm order button on the confirm page (dispite me putting instructions that they need to press it). I think customers may think its only a receipt oage rather then a confirm order page. (since traditionally the paypal segment of an order is the confirmation of payment. So can the paypal segment be the "confirm" page and the confirm page act more like the success page. This way customers wont mess up an order :)
