Recent Orders Not Correct/Updating

I received notification via Paypal that an order had been submitted to my store. I logged into my CafeCommerce Dashboard to check the order and all of my past orders are no longer displaying as they had been. There are only two orders showing up which are old test orders. The new order that was received is not displayed. I tried finding it by using the Orders tab, both by searching and clicking on the New Orders option, but it says there aren't any new orders. Paypal is the only reason I knew an order had come in. Also, there are other aspects that are not showing the correct data, such as customers registrations. The number displayed on the graph is no where near the number of registrations I have. But when I search for customers, it does display the correct number.

Is there currently a disruption that is causing this issue? If so, when will it be resolved and my dashboard return to normal and display the correct information?
