Hi Craig

Thanks for your help. I am quite new to this. We have an old DBASE database full of data which I converted into Excel and then to SQL.

We have lots of existing data so I cannot vary this very much. Please do you have a private e mail so i can send you some links to the pages so you can see the issue. Maybe you could e mail me on sales@interpak.ltd.uk and I can send user ID and password for you to see what is going on ?
