I was talking about extensions other than WA when they "couldn't be found." The path to the extensions were showing to the 5.5 folder. My solution probably isn't the best way to manage this. It was just a time saver. In the user libary> Application Support > Adobe you'll find Extension Manager for CS5.5 and CS6. Inside of each of these is a folder Configuration > Extensions. I copied the missing extension, name.mxp from cs5.5 to 6, restarted Extension manager and they were then able to be activated. Like I said, do this at your own risk as it may not be a good thing to try!
I have a lot of extensions besides WA.
However, I can't get Databridge to work on CS6, so if I were you, I'd hold off for a few more days until the next upgrade. I'm totally dead in the water right now. I got limited results in CS6 for Dataassist pages, but it is very hard to get a result. HTML Editor doesn't work in CS6 but if I fire up CS5.5, I can use the HTML editor. PITA right now.
