Some Users Get Corrupted File

I have Digital File Pro 1.1.3 setup to allow users to stream one of several dozen magazines in PDF. They are about 15MB each. Several thousand users have had no trouble, while every month or so, I get a different person that says that the PDF file is corrupt and won't open. I just had a user send me the PDF, and it was only 5MB when it should have been 15MB.

Anyway, do you have any ideas what could be causing this. I cannot reproduce it, but is something about the way DFP streams maybe causing problems with cerain ISP's...or maybe firewalls or something? It is a very regualr problemm...so I really need to get to the bottom of it.
