Not sure what this error message means

Not sure what this error message means

I am working on an email to be generated on creation of a new account. I have attached a screen shot of the error that flashes every time that I do pretty much anything within the created file that will be sent.

This error occurs when the Universal Email GUI is open, select template is unchecked, and "edit in dreamweaver" clicked. It opens the file which will be the email generated and once open, when I work with the file, the attached image error appears. So far, the only 2 things that I have done with the file is to insert a table and press enter/return. I have not started with stuff like record sets and bindings yet.

I am still working with this file, because after I click OK on the error message, everything appears as expected (I have line breaks and a table).

I am working with Mac OS Lion, DW 5.5, extensions installed are Cookies toolkit (please let me know if I can take this out), DataBridge, and Extender 1.0.4.

I see Extender 1.0.6 DB 1.0.2 are available now, I have not upgraded. I will update, but if this is not a version issue, I would like some help with this one.

Thanks,
