DataBridge Image Not Showing

I've created a catalog using your template many css issues but the real issue is the images for the products are being encrypted? on the server under images/products i get a tmp and a jpg
241503c3cdabb6e1da224a630f165882.jpg and 241503c3cdabb6e1da224a630f165882_tmp.jpg, when I test the cart the image is not showing and is looking for the original name of the file?
