Unable to upload images

PowerCMS was working just fine for my client and then, sometime earlier this month the upload capability just stopped working. I haven't changed a thing, and no one else has access to the code. Perhaps it was something Dreamhost did. In any case, I need to get this function working again or I'll be spending a lot of time uploading images for them via FTP.

If it helps, in Chrome 18 the Kai editor doesn't even load. In IE9 it loads but there is no upload/find file button. I just get a grayed out cancel button. My client can't upload either and is experiencing the same issue. Is there a fix for this?
