Poweer CMS Builder Stylesheet?

I've had a very strange thing happen with an install of Power CMS Builder. It went just fine on install and everything appeared to be working as it should, but the stylesheet seems to have lost reference somehow in the 8 hours between my last login and most recent login. It still loads with some images, but has no styling and shows all the Help file info on top of the editable region area. Any help would be appreciated in the matter, the direct link and some login info can be provided if this is not a known issue. I haven't adjusted any files nor css settings, so have no idea why it's not loading properly.

thanks!
