Localizing CMS admin panel?

Is there a way to make PowerCMS portion of the Extender-generated site multilingual? I can do text string translation but I would love it if there is a way to generate the web site with a selected language or something along that line.

A lot of my clients work in an international environment (in my case it's English-Japanese) and they often need a solution which they can work in their own native language. So, when I create a PowerCMS based site, I need to offer them both English and Japanese admin panel for PowerCMS. I can do that by doing all the manual typing but I've been wanting to have something that's more automated.

Other CMS packages often separate text strings for all the interface elements and store them in a separate language file so you could simply translate a single file and keep updating a few strings as the main program gets updated. I don't see why Design Extender sites shouldn't implement this mechanism. It doesn't even need to have multilingual files to begin with. Those who need this (like myself) could just translate one file and be done with the rest. What do you think, WebAssist?
