Creating page layout

Hi, i was hoping someone could advise me which procedure to follow to create a content page layout. Sofar i did the following:

1: Created a 1 column fixed layout with header, topnav, content and footer DIV using CSS sculptor
2: Added my footer and header image into this layout
3: created a Menuwriter menu on a seperate page and included it as a plugin into my page layout with FrameBuilder static plugin
4: Converted the completed layout into DW template and set the content area as editable region
5: Converted the template into a Frambuilder Theme
6: Created a new page from the FB Theme

Sofar so good and all works well. But how should i continue from here. I would like to have my content area laid out differently from page to page with DIV's.
Can i just use CSS sculptor again inside my editable content area to layout my content area for that page? If i do the layout in my template then every content page layout will look the same.

Thanks.
Dave
