update record on checkout page - not updating

update record on checkout page - not updating

Hi there, i have created a working ecart. Ive designed a "quick" registration page (only username(email), password, and full name required here). The I have secured the checkout page, so this redirects to the login page, then redirects backs on success.

But what Im trying to do, once the user enters the checkout page for the first time the address details that they enter on the form will be automatically saved to their User table (via an INSERT server behavior that I added which is accessed via the UserID session variable).

However when I checked out the database, those address details are not updated. And I am curious to know why not. I have attached the checkout.php file in question. if you could take a look and help :)
