Design Extender 1.01 Menu writer issue

Hi, I just purchased the design extender after already owning the supersuite. Now i'm trying it out and it looks great. However i have the following issue:
When i create a page layout using CSS Sculptor with a navigation DIV, this works great. After the page is created when i insert the Menu writer inside the navigation DIV created before it inserts it without problem however i can not edit the menu anymore through the property inspector with the EDIT Menu Writer button like written in the manual.

After checking the source code it added all the menu code in the navigation DIV but if i insert a Menu writer menu on a total new blanc page it refers to the menu with an PHP include statement and then i'm also able to edit it through the property inspectors EDIT Button.

Why the difference and is the a correct behavior?

I'm using the latest design extender version 1.01 and Dreamweaver CS5.5 on a windows 7 x64 OS.

Thanks

I removed all the generated code in the page and deleted the created files and folders. Then i tried to insert the menu again within the DIV and for some reason it worked this time, creating the include php code.
I will try the whole process from creating the CSS layout again with Sculptor and inserting the menu with Menu Writer to see if it happens again.
However if someone else have this same issue then please report it so i know i'm not the only one who had this.

Dave.
