Blank screen upon click of buttons

I'm using the Dreamweaver PayPal extension to set up a shop for one of my clients on the site I've designed for her. I created a temporary page to test it out by adding one item, along with view cart, buy it now, and add to cart buttons. I entered her PayPal address when creating the buttons and went to test them. Clicking the View Cart button works fine - it takes to me a Paypal page that tells me I have no items in my cart. However, when I click on either the buy it now or add to cart buttons, I get a blank white screen on PayPal that never loads a page fully. Am I missing something simple here? Help will be much appreciated.
