Problem Configuring IIS for Vista Premium

I am getting an error message:"The specified executable does not exist on the server."

Here are the steps I took to configure the IIS for Vista Premium:

1. I opened the IIS managerfrom administrative tools in the control panel
2 I chose to open up the Handler Mappings in the IIS area
3. Clicked on Add Script Map
4. I entered the Request Path as *.php, the executable as c:\php\php5isapi.dll
5. Clicked ok and "yes" to allow the php module to run.
(These steps were provided in the Web Development: Before you begin)

It is at this point that I get the error messaage I mentioned. This dll file was located in a subfolder from the PHP folder, so I copied it to the php folder. That did not help. When I did this, it returned another message that said " The specified module required by this handler is not in the modules list. If you are adding a script map handler mapping, the Isapi Module or the Cgi Module must be in the Module list." I have no idea what this means. Can anyone help?
