Preview in browser

I now have Dreamweaver CS5.5 on windows 7 and am trying to build my first site with this configuration. When I click on Preview in Browser I get the following:

TMP17ogbx9.html

which, of course, does not display the page. I cannot get either the index page or any of the following pages to display. The index page gives the follwoing:

tmpaqz56m.html/

I never had this issue when using this product in CS 4, any idea of what's going on? Without being able to display in browser it ass a significant complication.

Thanks

Brian
