copy to sender blocked by host
I Have received the following from a user;

I never receive a copy when I send an email from the web site. This is extremely inconvenient because I never have a record of what I have sent. Do other users have the same problem?
My email service provider informs me that it is not getting through because it is being sent as if it were from me using my own email address as the sender. This is apparantly against correct practice and they refuse to change anything to let it through. Is there anything that can be done to put this right?
I am told this used to be the case with E-Bay until they put it right.

Is there a setting I can change to get round this? Most users DO get the copy back to their adress, so it is likeley only to affect a small percentage of users.
