Notice: Undefined index on Results & Details

Hi there, I have edited DA wizard created pages by changing recordset to allow tables to be joined and display correct fields from menu/lists.

When I run my code through an online sql validator & the recordset query window all appears good but viewing both results & details pages return an error on all fields where there are joins... I think!

( ! ) Notice: Undefined index: CaseStatusName in C:\wamp\www\xxxtblcases_Detail.php on line 105
( ! ) Notice: Undefined index: ContactID in C:\wamp\www\xxxtblcases_Detail.php on line 109
( ! ) Notice: Undefined index: CaseType in C:\wamp\www\xxxtblcases_Detail.php on line 121
( ! ) Notice: Undefined index: CaseReferral in C:\wamp\www\xxxtblcases_Detail.php on line 145

If I add

<?php error_reporting (E_ALL ^ E_NOTICE); ?>

to each page it suppresses the errors and the pages run but I dont feel comfortable that something under the bonnet isn't quite right. Anyone have any ideas why the created php pages return the error? All other fields display as expected. pages attached if it helps.

Thanks
