Vaildate Upload File Size

I have followed some examples on this forum, to validate the upload file size.

It works when I test locally using MAMP, but not when I upload and test on the cPanel server.

I suspect it is uploading before checking the file size, rather than on button click.

I have PHP "upload_max_file_size" set to max out at 50mb

The file upload works OK under 50 mb, but on test of a 64mb file, the upload just fails and no validation occurs
