Installation on own server problem

I am having even more problems with this product!!

Even after spending over a week with you support ticket, which I closed as it seemed to be working, until this problem:
Having registered a new user the email that was sent out was as follows:

Thanks for registering at [mysite].
View your profile at:
PowerMessenger Files/users_profile.php

Which if you try to follow it takes you to a listing of all the websites files!!
I had to use /PowerMessenger101/PowerMessenger Files/ to get the thing working in the first place. If I changed PowerMessenger Files to PowerMessenger101, it fails to install correctly.
