P-CMS wont display certain characters
Update.
If it helps others the following issue was resolved by changing the headers to

Hi,
In testing a power CMS install for a client we have found that certain characters dont display correctly when displayed on the web page. for example
The following text as entered into the pcms control panel;
Three night’s accommodation for £200
ends up displaying as
Three night’s accommodation for £200
while the client may be able to do without using apostrophes ' they cannot manage without being able to display the £ sign.
In case it helps I have copied the code for the page displaying the text below.
Any help would be appreciated.
