Adding a Date Range Search

I would like to add a search feature that would allow individuals to search my database by selecting a date range.

I have already used DA to create my page. I even had DA add search criteria to my results page. See my webpage at seminars.php

Back when I was creating my results page, I was given the option to search via date. I proceeded to have DA insert the feature as part of my search criteria. However, I was unable to make it work. When I tested the page, no results turned up. I noticed that the date format in the database was different from what I was inputting in the search box. I figured that there was some form of mismatch going on. So...I removed it.

I would like to add a data range search to my results page once again. I have attached my file for your review.
