you either need to select that option, or click the DW Edit icon to design the email body using dreamweaver/
The instruction XML file works some of the time and not others, as the links do not always appear, and often the XML is visible with the result that the instruction pages fail to display leaving you in a page just listing the XML file, with no way out of it .

I am trying to use this extension to create a form on my site that the user completes and sends to me, so I created my own form with suitable fields. I then applied the UE4 extension to this form, and bound the fields using the lightning arrow on the quick insert panel which picked up the items in the bindings panel - in design view only.
The result is that the email gets sent but does not include anything other than a title, as stated above.
So I look on here and follow the instructions quoted above.
It produces a file called Blank.php, which has no form elements on it, and does not appear to connect in any way with other files in the extension, though it does have some php code that appears to extract information from somewhere and put it into an array. The only way that I can think of using this page is to insert a form and a field set containing the text fields that I need in the body of the email, insert a send button and then apply UE4 to it?
Is this what is supposed to happen?
If so, where in the document can I insert text fields or does it not matter?
If not, how do text fields on the form to which the extension is applied get sent?
