Will this allow me to do the following

We have a large website which uses a couple of different sql databases, we run two software solutions on the site which seem to be incompatible and we often find that updates to one can cause issues with another which is far from welcome on a live site.

I would like to create a duplicate of the site on a different domain which would allow us to test all updates and patches before introducing them to the live site. The problem with this is that we dont want to create new databases on a new domain as it is then no longer a true duplicate of the site and could get a bit complicated.

Would Dynamic Connections allow us to upload our site which is normaly on domain1.com to domain2.com with your software providing the ability for the site at domain2.com to interact with the databases which are hosted on domain1.com?

This would effectively mean that we can at any time publish a copy of our current live site to the domain2.com testing domain apply any updates and patches and test that they have no adverse effects on other elements of the site before applying them to the live site.

Would your software provide this database link between the two sites without introducing a situation which could incur additional incompatibilities.

Thanks in advance
