Database Connection

I just upgraded from my version of PowerCMS 2 to the PowerCMS builder. The old version worked great, I uploaded it, created a db on go daddy and connected it, no problems. No I have PowerCMS Builder extension and I can't get it to work. I though I saw that I didn't have to have a local test server setup for this.

FAQ?
Do I need to use a local testing server to manage my CMS content?
No. If you configure PowerCMS Builder to connect to your remote database, you should be able to maintain your CMS content directly on your live database. In order to do this, you will need to ensure that your Remote Testing Server settings are properly configured in your site definitions and when you create your database connection, you reference your remote database.

I need some help and I see that I have 1 support ticket available on my account and I need to use it. I don't even care if I have to pay for rush service. I have a client waiting on me. I thought this would be just plug and play like the older version. Please lord help me.

I've attached all the popups that my current situation is generating.
