How long to create new shopping cart using eCart?

How long would you think it would take me to do this project using eCart?
I am an old programmer and I have created a few sites but never a shopping cart.
I want to build this shopping cart for a restaurant. Nothing too fancy. Right now we have less than 50 items to sell. These are my current requirements..
1. Allow customer to select time of delivery or pickup
2. Allow customer to select Deliver or Pickup
3. Show deliver charge or pickup charge
4. Keep a running total
5. Display all menu items with price
6. When mouse is moved over and item a popup will display full details about that item or have them on the page all ready
7. Option for customer to cancel order before placing order to clear cart
8. create an account for customers and there past orders
9. Send email to notify restaurant of order
Thanks for your input,
Jeanne
