show multiple locations

Good morning I am not a great web designer I do it for fun and I bought this because it was suppose to be easy. I can not even get past the Show multiple options. the box is not even an options. I have watched the video, read the PDF, spent hours in the forum. So it must be simple I just can not find it is there a simple step by step. I would also like to know where or how to make my data set (yes I am that ignorant) I have about 100 locations saved in an excel spred sheet. I am using dreamweaver cs5. Thank you for all your help and I hope the new years treats you great.
