web design for iphone and ipad

I currently have DW CS4 and i have not tried to design any specific pages for the iphone. I am getting requests from several clients, mainly restaurants to have a specific page or pages that are made for the iphone.
My question is does webassist have or will have any extensions to design for the iphone, css and/or php?
Also, I have heard/read that Dreamweaver CS5.5 has sections built to design for iphone but can't confirm this.
