Form not emailing results - sending to web page

Hello! Hopefully this is an easy fix.

We made a small update to our form and now, instead of the results being emailed to the client, the results appear (after hitting "submit") in the same browser window, displayed with the email form results template file which the client should receive.

In other words, the page the browser goes to after clicking "submit" looks identical to the email the client is supposed to receive, containing all the submitted information. This is actually nice for testing. :-) However, we really need the results sent to the client, not to the next page.

Can you tell me how to fix this? (I'm attaching some files to look through.)

The page online is here: form.php
(Username: sheepfold - Pass: secure)

Thanks!
- Jeremy
