for the form information to be sent by email, you need to check the "Send Form Contents in an Email" option on the "Form Function" tab when creating the form using css form builder.

if you did this when creating the form, to edit the email settings, open the Server Behaviors panel (Window -> Server Behaviors) in the list of server behaviors double click the Universal Email Server behavior.

In the Universal Email Server behavior, make sure that the From address is a valid email address for your domain.

Make sure that the From address and the to address are not the same.

in many cases, the SMTP Server settings can be left blank, if the email is not working, you may need to enter a valid SMTP Server address, your host should be able to tell you what smtp server address to use. Who is your host? Knowing this, i may be able to help find this information.

In the universal email interface, click the envelope icon to go to the SMTP Server settings section, for some hosts, you may need to check the "Include From Address as Extra Parameter" option.

if you need more assistance, please send a copy of your pages and the webassist -> email folder in a zip archive so i can examine the settings you have used for universal email.
