a where clause is not used in a n insert statement.

insert statements are not conditional. they insert a new record to a database, the format of an insert statement is:
INSERT INTO tableName
(column1, column2) VALUES('value 1', 'value 2')

a where clause is used on the update statement:
UPDATE tableName SET column1='value' WHERE ID='1'

DataAssist does not offer support for multiple values in the WHERE clause of an update statement, you will need to hand code

you can add your feature request to the wishlist forum to have this considered for an update to data assist, but there is no guarantee it will be added.
