Spry.ValidationConfirm ERR

I've used security assist to create three presets for one website, namely: administrator, member and customer. I've used the security assist Wizard on all three presets. One in admin root, member root and customer root directories. After running the Wizard I tested all three and had a problem with forget password functionality. In the server behaviours panel I opened SecurityAssist Email Encrypted Password and edited the SMTP server details in the E-Mail Object tab. It now worked correctly.

I then applied templates to all the generated pages. Since then, when testing the forget password functionality, I get the following error for the members and customers. For admin it is working correctly.

Your email address could not be found in our records. Please try again.

Spry.ValidationConfirm ERR: The element Reset_Password_group_Confirm_Spry doesn't

exists!

I have attached the customer and member directories that contain both the original generated files and the ones that are applied to the template. The template file of also attached.

Any ideas how I could correct this error
