Linking pages

How do you add pages from the admin so its linked with the rest of the site.
It seems like you cant do it with site sculptor either.
1.From the Content column, hover your mouse over the template.
2.Click the green + icon that displays next to the template.
3.Enter name for this new page..
4.Edit the content of the new page like you would any other CMS content location.
5.Once you have updated the content, click the Create Link option to see how you can create a link to this new page.
This is the help file for the admin for both and the last part doesnt exist on either.
