Paste from word issues

Our Sites allow clients to paste their resumes into an Irite textarea. If you right click to paste , the pop-up box opens and the document that is pasted into that box transmits fine. The problem occurs when the client controls V directly into the textarea... the paste box does not appear , the copy goes into the area but the resulting transmission is :

Resume: <p><meta content="text/html; charset=utf-8" http-equiv="Content-Type" /><meta content="Word.Document" name="ProgId" /><meta content="Microsoft Word 11" name="Generator" /><meta content="Microsoft Word 11" name="Originator" /><link href="file:///C:DOCUME~1OwnerLOCALS~1Tempmsohtml1

the resumes are not put into a database but are sent via email.

also when the text is transmitted correctly (using the pop-up box), this line appears above the resume:
Normal 0 false false false MicrosoftInternetExplorer4

thanks
