Using Power CMS Builder with Universal Email

Hi,

I an currently using PowerCMS Builder and Universal Email on a site. I need to be able to update the UE document with PCMSB. How would I set this up? So far I edit the UE document in Dreamweaver through the UE interface, or edit the waue_quoteResult.php file. Can I set up a template to sync to the waue_quoteResult.php so that when I edit the template the waue_quoteResult.php is updated as well? Or is there a better way through PCMSB?
