Getting error messages with Power CMS builder

I can't log-in to the site through admin. I am now not able to administer my Power CMS for the remainder of the site
I get this message:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/rivas/public_html/WA_Globals/WA_Globals.php(56) : eval()'d code on line 1

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/rivas/public_html/WA_Globals/WA_Globals.php(56) : eval()'d code:1) in /home/rivas/public_html/admin_cms/users_login.php on line 46

It was working fine before this. However, I did get this message the first time I installed it and had to re-install. But it worked like a charm until this weekend.

An additional problem I am experiencing this morning is that even though I have logged out of the site admin, the site is still showing the admin active - when I click on these they navigate to the admin pages which are supposed to be closed (and which I can't log-into).
