Missing edit buttons

On the admin page, there are two secontions of the PowerStore that we can not edit. The section called "Sample Product" is missing the edit button. We can not find it to end it the section on the content page either.

I have attached a screen shot and you can see the missing edit buttons for the "Sample Product" and also the large section on the Main page. Currently just the big blue empty area under the menus.
