New shipping rule based on customer

i have a club shop on a site where club members can log in and purchase kit. the shipping rules are currently set to produce shipping prices based on total expenditure.

am using eCart 4.5.2 ASP.

one club has been offered free shipping by the client.

can anyone give me a brief overview/pointer on how i'd set up a shipping rule that could identify a client (presumaby by the session value ClubID created when they log in?) and return a null shipping value. along the lines of "If ClubID=132 then all shipping = 0").

is this possible? if not that way, then how?

secondarily, in a similar vein, presumably it would also be possible to introduce a discount rule that said " if client - ClubID 132 - discount all products by 10% - preumably that could be shown in the cart costs breakdown on the page?

thanks

Russ
