Map help needed - pan/zoom & custom info window

couple questions...

1. Why is it that I modify text in a custom Info window, save/upload it and it works, but then it reverts back to older text after I upload another change?

2. When I add addresses (static) or make changes using dreamweaver, which files do I need to upload? all of these?
wagmp_map_1.js
wagmp_maps.js
and the html page
????any others???

3. I use this map to show locations of properties that are available for rent. Each time I add a new property, do I have to have to add the map.setZoom(9); code? Can't this just be added to one spot on the wagmp_map_1.js and zoom to that level everytime?

4. I set the controls to Pan/Zoom (large pan zoom), but it keeps displaying the small version.

The current test page I am working on is
properties2.html

Thank you
