NITOBI problems

Hello,

I purchased the NITOBI suite from WEBASSIST a while back. I never got it working and just gave up. Now I really have a need for it and am trying to get it to work. Any ideas as to why I cannot get the GRID componant to work at all. It should be really straight forward but it just does not load any data.

Any assistance is appreciated.
