Can I build a Matrix with DataAssit?

Hi there,

Not sure how to go about this so I hope you don’t mind me asking.

I have been asked to build a live matrix of all the engineers working in the field and their current work status. There are 40 engineers so far and that number is growing.
The matrix needs to display the individual jobs that each engineer has completed/or not for that specific day. And an engineer may have multiple jobs at the same business address. Also, the cell background for each individual job needs to be color coded for e.g. Green = Complete, Red = Failed, Orange = Onsite and Grey = Not attended.

This is a rough idea of what I thought the matrix would look like (Image file attached). The data in each cell is a customers work order and as I said a customer can have multiple work orders. I have made up the data in the image so you can see what I am getting at.

I can manage to get a recordset to display the names horizontally, albeit very crudely. And I can get a recordset to display all the work orders vertically, pretty much standard stuff with dataassist repeat regions. But how do I get the Horizontal Rows and Vertical Columns to work together as shown in the image.

Is this at all possible? Am I dreaming? Has it been done before?

Any guidance would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance

John
