Can I create something like this using DataAssist?

Hello,

I am wondering whether I could create something similar to the following dealer directory site using DataAssist and also other WebAssist extensions if needed. I don't need to know how for now, I just need to know whether I can do this mostly using WebAssist extensions. I am fluent and comfortable with HTML/CSS and fiddle with some basic PHP but unfortunately not enough to write a complete web app from scratch. I do have a fair grasp of how to read PHP code, though. The sample site is the following (A Japanese site translated via Google):

translate?sl=ja&tl=en&js=n&prev=_t&hl=en&ie=UTF-8&layout=2&eotf=1&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww2.yamaha-motor.jp%2Flocator%2Fmc%2Findex.asp

The original URL in Japanese is:

index.asp

This page searches and lists YAMAHA dealers in Japan based on a few search criteria. Pick a prefecture in the first line, enter a city/town name in the second line, and a specific address in the third line. The left yellow button would display the results in list form with an option to dig deeper (detailed page). The right yellow button will display the results in Google Map. If you just pick a random prefecture in the first line (with a small red box), leave the rest blank and click one of the yellow buttons you will get an idea of how this works.

I'm guessing DataAssist can probably come up with something like this but I'm not sure about the Google map part where you run a search query and it would present search results in Google Map.
