Scroll Arrows, next-prev-last & watermark

Here is a link to the gallery I'm working on.

eagles.php

I'm running a test with three images to see what issues I would run in to. First one is the arrows that are located at the bottom are acting goofy. The left one doesn't show up and when you roll over it some odd image shows up. I tried lots of different ways in the setting in the preview mode to see if I could make it show up and even the preview, which is not restricted by the column in my website, still shows the same problems.

The "Next - Prev - Last" (all of them) controls at the top, what can I do to get rid of those?

The Watermark is just a bunch of white blocks in front of the image and I could not see where that could be adjusted.

I've also attached a small screen shot of the three images in the "manage images" tab and it looks like the last two are in constant update mode. It's like a loading bar keeps moving behind the image in the thumbnail.
